Meet Your Coach
I’m Lauren, a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer and a former chef. I pursued a career in pastry and culinary arts—earning a degree in Baking Science and worked as an executive pastry chef (even on a boat in Southeast Alaska).
For many years, I struggled with my body, which led to an eating disorder that caused chaos and confusion. I quickly learned that fueling your body is the greatest act of self-respect you can give yourself. It’s strength. It’s healing. It’s reclaiming your power.
Today, I use my story not as a wound — but as a mission. To educate. To support. To help clients nourish themselves so they never feel what I felt.
Because you deserve a body that functions, not one that’s fighting to survive. You deserve to eat. You deserve energy. You deserve your health. You deserve a life where your hormones thrive — not shut down. And I’m here to help you get there.
I believe in a balanced, whole food approach to eating and living your life. Nutrition doesn’t have to be super complicated. You can eat the foods you enjoy, and have the body you want, if you focus and work hard consistently over time. Sure, there are sacrifices and changes that are necessary to make progress, but you don’t have to be miserable your entire life to look and feel healthy.

PROGRAM PURPOSE
This program is designed to build a strong foundation of nutritional knowledge and habits that will stand under the stresses and chaos of life. Foundations is the first 3-months of our nutrition program. Throughout this program, you will cover curriculum from macronutrients, alcohol, micronutrients, and hydration. These foundational topics will help build healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
How do the sessions work?
Throughout FOUNDATIONS, you will have 9 sessions. These sessions will be spread throughout the 3-months. Your first session will be 1hr (2 x 30min sessions), and will cover the questionnaire and help establish a game plan for how to best help you over the coming months.
What type of work will I have to do?
You will be receiving e-books, meal and snack recipes, and a supplement, hydration and micronutrient guide. We have also provided a syllabus guide to help keep you on track with your reading and assignments that will hold you accountable. There’s a ton of great info and resources to help you succeed, but each client is expected to do the work.
Who is this program for?
We’ve designed this program to fit clients with a wide range of goals. If you’re looking to lose body fat, get stronger and healthier, have more energy, reduce inflammation and joint pain, this program is for you!
Will there be ongoing sessions after this block?
Yes! After FOUNDATIONS, we roll right into GROWTH , which is also a 3-month commitment to building upon the foundations laid in the first 3-months. To properly see growth, a healthy foundation needs to be built. These first 3-months are crucial to developing healthy habits and the mindset necessary adhere to a plan.
