Hi, I’m Lauren Kondas. I’m originally from New Jersey and have been an athlete most of my life, especially in softball and field hockey. While I pursued a career in pastry and culinary arts—earning a degree in Baking Science and working as an executive pastry chef (even on a boat in Southeast Alaska!)—fitness has always been my anchor.

Now, I work full-time as a culinary arts teacher, combining my love for creativity with my passion for teaching and inspiring others. That same drive led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer—to help people feel confident, strong, and empowered in their own skin.

I am also a certified nutrition coach and I have a passion for educating and empowering others to find a healthy relationship with food and embrace healthy eating habits to look, feel, and perform at their best!

From CrossFit to Spartan races to half marathons, movement has played a huge role in my journey. As someone who’s overcome health issues, I truly believe fitness saved my life. I’m especially passionate about supporting strong women and creating a community where everyone feels capable, motivated, and seen.

Outside the gym, I love hiking, camping, traveling, and exploring everything the world has to offer. My dog, Butter, is my adventure buddy and daily reminder to stay active and present.

Let’s grow, move, and feel strong—together.
