Jess Ginn
Hey, I’m Jessica! I have been coached for most of my life, and I am grateful for the opportunity to now pour into others as a coach.
I was a competitive gymnast for 16 years and was on the ASU Women’s Gymnastics team from 2016-2020. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from ASU before completing my Master of Medical Science at George Fox University in Oregon.
I now practice as a Physician Associate at The Neighborhood Christian Clinic, where I have the privilege of ministering God’s hope and healing by caring for my patients’ physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. I am passionate about whole-person care and believe that health extends beyond simply treating illness.
My faith is at the heart of why I do what I do. I believe our bodies are gifts from God, and caring for our health is one way we can steward those gifts well. I believe that regular movement and fueling our bodies with nourishing foods are foundational to preventative medicine and living a healthy life. I look forward to encouraging, challenging, and supporting members as they pursue their individual health and fitness goals.
Outside of the gym, I love hiking, spending time with my husband, and being involved in my church community.
