Don’t let the word “group” lead you to believe that these workouts aren’t tailored for YOUR needs. Group classes generally consist of 5-8 people, and each of our trainers are extremely mindful of the unique needs of each client, and will provide modifications and accommodate each person to help them get the most out of each workout.
