I'm Shelby, Minnesota-raised, now living in Arizona.  I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 3.5 years.  My career so far has been working for a Sports Massage company working with professional and college athletes, as well as the general public.  My goal with every session is to help you feel what's going on with your body and make necessary adjustments for better posture, function, and range of motion.
