PROGRAM PURPOSE
This program is designed to help HIGH SCHOOL and MIDDLE SCHOOL athletes get stronger, faster, and more explosive. This is done through great programming, consistency, and hard work. Additionally, each athlete will walk away from this camp having had a lot fun and learning how to eat and train appropriately for their goals.
This program is designed for athletes of various sports ranging from 9-17yrs of age. Over the years we've worked with a lot of baseball and softball athletes, but also fit this program for basketball, volleyball, soccer, and all other sports. The strength and conditioning drills will be appropriate for ALL sports, and challenge each athlete of various ages and sports throughout the summer.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
How does attendance work?
We are offering 5 days worth of sessions for your athlete to attend. They can pick any days to attend and use their sessions as it fits your family schedule. For athletes doing 12 sessions, we recommend them spreading out the sessions throughout the week to recover and push themselves harder. This is the ideal, but not required. For athletes doing 24 sessions, we recommend them consistently showing up 4x per week to maximize their results and not waste any paid sessions.
What if my student can't make every workout?
All packages are paid in full and are non-refundable. This program is very competitively priced. We will overdeliver and give great coaching and education that will be worth the investment.
What days and times are the workouts?
The program begins on Monday, June 2nd with regularly scheduled workout sessions available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at either 12:30pm or 1:30pm (based on age), and a Saturday session at 10am. The program will end Friday, July 25th.
Will younger athletes be lifting like older athletes?
This year we are splitting the high school and younger athletes up to have an even more focused approach to each athlete and their individual needs. While you may see younger or less experienced athletes doing some of the same movements as the older athletes, our coaches are very intentional with matching each athlete with appropriate weights and scaling movements that will benefit them most at their current age.
Should athletes be working out and playing their sport at the same time this summer?
Absolutely YES! All athletes should be training the majority of the year, not just the summer. Professional athletes give us a great model to follow in terms of year-round training. Summer training is a huge opportunity to make great progress. They may be sore and a bit tired for summer league games, but the priority should be training to make progress for the upcoming year/season.
Is this camp for both guys and girls?
Yes it is COED. We’ve had a great mix of athletes over the years.
What sports is this for?
We’ve designed this program for ALL sports. We typically see a lot of baseball & softball athletes, but getting stronger and faster doesn’t change based on the sport. Young athletes need to lift consistently, sprint frequently, and apply hard intensity to this program if they want to see results.
Session Breakdown
Each session will consist of a dynamic warmup led by our coaches followed by an athlete briefing on what the intention and focus is that day. Each movement is demonstrated and discussed so the athletes understand what they’re doing.
Athletes will then work on power and explosiveness (jumps, bounds, hops, medicine ball throws, etc) for about 15min.
After, they will move into strength training movements for about 35 min. This is where athletes learn the fundamentals of squats, pressing, deadlifting, rowing, lunging, etc.
At the end of our sessions we will finish with speed/agility/core and have our competitions. Athletes love this time and look forward to finishing each day with a challenge.
